Shipping

Normally, all items are shipped within 48 hours. International delivery can take 2-10 working days depending on the delivery service and location. All prices are exclusive of postage and packaging. A free delivery on orders over £40 available.

Refund and Exchanges

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the goods, please contact us within 3 days to arrange for a refund or replacement. If you need to return something, please call or email us and we will supply you with a shipping label.

Cancellations

You have 14 days after receiving the products to cancel your order. After notifying us of the cancellations, you have 14 days to return the products to us. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition in which they were sent. After we receive the returned products, we will give a refund within 14 days.

Complaints

We value your feedback and strive to give the best service possible. If you are ever dissatisfied with any aspect of our process or the goods you have gotten, please notify us by writing, calling, or email us. Your complaint will be recorded, and we will usually respond right away. Within 3 – 5 working days, you will receive a formal acknowledgement of your complaint.
